Our principals have over 25 years of combined experience in
helping to make great places happen whether that be at the scale
of a neighborhood park or across an entire region. We
concentrate our efforts in the southeastern United States and
especially within the Charlotte Metropolitan region. It is our home,
and consequently, the place for which we have the most
hard-earned knowledge and unending passion.

Our Mission
We design communities to build community. We believe that we can combine bricks and mortar, streets and sidewalks, and trees and turf to create places where people feel a sense of belonging and a richer relationship with their neighbors. We believe that we can design a better world, little by little, until the pieces combine into bigger and better place. We believe good design creates value, and that everyone should have access to the services of a professional who can help them achieve it. But hiring a design firm can be expensive. Due to our limited overhead, we can produce more for less and potentially serve communities that have previously been underserved. |
